Trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Sivananda, with a Master’s in Yogic Studies from Gurukul Kangri University and RYT 200 certification. With 7+ years of experience across India, China, Japan, and Thailand, his teaching blends tradition with global perspective.
