What language are classes taught in?
Most classes are conducted in both Thai and English, though some may be held in English only depending on the instructor.
How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancel at least 24 hours before class or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to retain your credit; all changes must be made via LINE (@isora) or Instagram (@isorawellness) during contact hours (07:00–20:00).
What happens if I arrive late or miss my class?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in; all clients must check in at the front desk before class, and late arrivals of 10 minutes or more, or no-shows, will be denied entry and charged in full.
Will my class be cancelled if there are not enough participants?
A minimum of 2 participants is required for Pilates Reformer classes and 3 participants for Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Sound Healing sessions; classes may be cancelled if the minimum is not met.
What are the studio rules I should follow?
Please keep noise low and maintain a calm, respectful environment; recording is allowed with care but no filming others without consent. Grip socks are required for Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre (no socks = no entry); a bottle of water is available for purchase at 20 THB (room temperature), and shower facilities are available only for direct booking students.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Unfortunately no, all classes and sessions must be booked in advance.
